Balloon Trocars
Single-use balloon trocars for secure, atraumatic cannula fixation in laparoscopic surgery. An inflatable, tear-resistant balloon and an external retention disc anchor the cannula from both sides of the abdominal wall, minimising gas leakage and cannula displacement during long procedures and after specimen removal. Suitable for intraperitoneal and preperitoneal access. Available in 5mm, 10mm and 12mm diameters, with optical, blunt or bladed obturators.
