Monopolar Articulating Instruments
VHMED single-use articulating laparoscopic instruments provide up to 80° of freely adjustable angulation for reaching tissue that is difficult to access with straight instruments. They are suited to single-incision laparoscopic surgery (SILS) and other procedures where instrument angulation is needed, and can be used with or without monopolar energy. The range includes Metzenbaum scissors and Maryland, Johan and Clinch graspers and dissectors. Angulation is set with a lipstick-style adjustment wheel on the ergonomic Ergora® handle, and the ratchet can be switched on or off.
